4 Week Online Program | Eat Clean Live Clean

Starting Jan 9-30, 2021, we will meet on zoom at 9am PST for 4 Saturdays to discuss each module in the course. You will learn about

  • plant based proteins and their benefits
  • common chemicals to avoid in beauty products
  • items in your pantry that double as effective, natural skin care
  • where chemicals hide in your home
  • using natural ingredients to make cleaning products for cleaner air at home
  • various exercises to do at home with no equipment needed
  • “deskercises” to do while you are in the office
  • benefits of exercise beyond weight loss
  • what to eat before and after exercise

Included with each module is a downloadable eBook with all the information we will be covering, plus recipes and wellness tips. Each week, you will receive a link to our next Zoom class, plus the eBook so you can follow along.

Each class runs 60-75 minutes and a digital copy of my Healthy Little Bites recipe book will be emailed to all participants after the program. MENU WITH BENEFITS | Menu Design for Personal Clients and Restaurants

For individuals: I work with you personally to design a menu with benefits. Benefits such as

  • enough protein for your needs
  • meals that meet your wellness goals (weight management, muscle building, plant-based diet, improve digestion, boost immunity, etc)
  • healthy swaps for your allergens, sensitivities, likes and dislikes
  • specific nutrients for your hormones, skin, bones, muscles, inflammation, and other symtoms
  • time restrictions, cooking ability

Have a Nutritionist-approved Menu with Benefits emailed to you every Saturday. Spend Sunday gathering your groceries and starting a little meal prep to make your week run a little more smoothly. Menu comes with

  • original recipes or links to existing recipes that suit your needs
  • 2 breakfast recipes
  • 3 dinner recipes
  • 1 snack recipe

An initial intake is done before your first menu is sent, to review wellness goals, dietary restrictions, allergies, likes and dislikes. $25/week on a subscription payment plan.
