April 17: STRESS EATING-We are all under great stress during this pandemic. Elevated stress hormones suppress the immune system, affect digestion, mood and sleep. This can lead to weight gain, sleep disturbances, and imbalanced blood sugar. This week, learn about some healthy foods that help reduce stress, + 20 minute Booty + Core fitness class
April 24: Vitamins and Supplements for immune health, + 20 minute Body Weight fitness class
May 1: Using food on your face! Learn how some pantry staples can double as masks, scrubs and moisturizers, + 20 minute light cardio workout

Each week after our Nutrition Talk, grab your mat, towel, water, and proper fitness attire, and follow along for an all-levels workout. Exercise is exactly what we need to help reduce stress, clear the mind, get blood pumping, and boost those feel-good hormones. (Participation is at your own risk. Please be sure your medical practitioner has cleared you for exercise.)
