🍇🍎Almost every picture I have of me as a small child, I have a box of @sunmaid raisins in my hand. I still love them and put them in everything I can. I found a great recipe for #glutenfree Apple Cinnamon Oat Bars and, of course, I tweaked it to include raisins and a few other essentials.
I know not everyone loves raisins, SO, they’re totally optional in this recipe. You could also swap them out for chopped dates or dried blueberries.

Here’s what you will need to #cookwithme
•3 C rolled oats, or 1 C oat flour and 2 C oats
•Unsweetened apple sauce
•Dried fruit- raisins, dates or blueberries
•Milk (I use almond)
•1 Apple (any kind will do)
•Vanilla & cinnamon
•A blender or food processor to grind the oats into a flour
•8x8 pan & parchment paper
•a cheese grater

Traditionally, a Minestrone has a bunch of fresh veggies, tomatoes, pasta, and beans. The best things about “recipes” like this is that you can get creative, you can swap out so many of the ingredients for others, AND you get to boost your immunity with every bite.

•1 can kidney beans
•1 bunch spinach
•2 stalks celery
•2 cloves garlic
•1 C cooked pasta (macaroni, rotini, whatever!)
•1 carton vegetable broth
•Italian herbs and spices
